Welcome to PickNPlan Balloons! We’re honored to be a part of your celebration. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review carefully to ensure we’re all on the same page.

SECTION A - SERVICES OFFERED
PickNPlan Balloons provides custom balloon décor and styling for events such as birthdays, weddings, baby showers, corporate events, and more. Services may include:

Balloon arches & garlands

Balloon walls & backdrops
-
Centerpieces & custom installations
-
On-site setup and optional takedown
All decor is tailored to client preferences discussed during the consultation and booking process.

SECTION B - BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. This secures your date and allows us to begin design and preparation.

The deposit is generally refundable, but subject to review based on timing, materials already purchased, and labour already performed.

Final balance is due on event date unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods: PayNow, Bank Transfer

SECTION C - CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or text.

If you cancel 14+ days before the event, your deposit may be refundable, depending on how much prep has been done. We’ll evaluate each case fairly and communicate clearly.

If you cancel less than 14 days before your event, refunds are unlikely, but we may offer credit toward a future booking.

In cases of force majeure (e.g., severe weather, venue cancellation), we’ll do our best to accommodate a reschedule or issue a partial refund/credit.

SECTION D - DELIVERY AND SET-UP

Delivery and setup fees vary based on location, time, and complexity of the design.

Client must ensure access to the venue at the agreed-upon time.

Additional fees may apply for early morning, late-night, or rushed installations.

SECTION E - CLIENT'S RESPONSIBILITIES

Please ensure the setup area is clear and safe.

Ensure that there is access to a working power socket at all times, especially if the decor includes electric pumps, lights, or inflatables.

Inform us of any venue restrictions (e.g., setup timing, wall-mounting policies, parking limitations, etc.) prior to the event.

Indoor installations are strongly encouraged; we are not responsible for weather-related damage to outdoor setups.

If balloons pop or deflate due to external conditions (e.g., heat, sharp objects), PickNPlan Balloons is not liable once setup is complete.

SECTION F - PHOTO USAGE

PickNPlan Balloons reserves the right to photograph completed installations for promotional use (e.g., social media, website). If you prefer your event not be photographed or shared, please notify us in writing.

SECTION G - LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

​PickNPlan Balloons is not responsible for injury or damage caused by balloon decor after installation is completed. It is the client’s responsibility to supervise the space and ensure safe conditions.

SECTION H - CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Services at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website or provided upon request.
